Today: Canadian Women Physicians Day 2025

Today (March 11) marks the fifth Canadian Women Physicians Day, an opportunity to recognize the contributions of women in medicine.

We appreciate all our members, but today we are recognizing women physicians with social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Thank you to the many women physicians (50.4 per cent of all family physicians as of 2023) who are helping patients in the community, participating in our membership, and serving on our Board of Directors.

By providing an array of helpful programs and services, our aim is to make a difference in the lives of physicians so they can make an even more significant difference in the lives of their patients.
