2025 AGM: Save the date

Please save part of your Tuesday, Sept. 23 evening for this year’s online AGM.

Slated to start at 6:30 p.m., the 2025 AGM is a brief but critical investment of time into your PCN’s governance:

• The last several AGMs have averaged about 30 minutes each.
• We plan another efficient, business-focused meeting that respects your time.
• You will help decide who represents you in Board decisions as Physician Directors on the Board.

Starting in late July, please watch for more AGM information and registration and proxy details so you can participate in the business meeting.
