Survey results: Improved member satisfaction; feedback

Jul 25, 2025

Thank you to the many members who answered our March survey asking: “How likely is it that you would recommend CWC PCN membership to a peer or colleague?”

A way to measure satisfaction, the survey results show an increased willingness to recommend membership since we first asked all members the same question in 2022.

Measured on a zero-to-10-point scale (from “Not at all likely” to “Very likely”):

  • The average rating is 8.5, up from 7.9 in 2022.
  • The median rating is 9, up from 8 in 2022.
  • 10 remains the most frequently reported rating.

Nearly 50 per cent (225) of members responded to the latest poll with 112 providing additional feedback as to the reason for their rating.

Feedback themes: Our supportive programs and services, with the Primary Care Centre receiving particular attention; team members; efforts to use physicians’ insights; and CME & PD offerings helped members provide better care and think membership was worth recommending.

Comments touched on how their patients appreciate our after-hours and weekend clinic appointments, how PCN resources provide a sense of support and reassurance, the quality of our personnel, and our efforts to help and listen to physicians.

There was a small theme expressing a desire for more extensive services.

From our newest programs to program enhancements, we have consistently sought member input to design and improve our programs. We continue to look for opportunities to work with physicians to advance patient care.

Thank you, again, for engaging with our PCN.
