Please invest a brief part of your day into playing a vital role in your PCN’s governance:
- Recent AGMs have only taken about 30 minutes each.
- You can participate by registering and attending the AGM virtually or by proxy.
- There are three upcoming openings on our Board of Directors for three-year terms and one opening for a two-year term.
To conduct business, our Articles of Association requires 20 per cent of our members attend the AGM live or by proxy.
So please play your part:
- Register and attend the 2025 AGM of the CWC P.G. Co. online
- Submit a proxy and discuss your voting preferences with the member you select as your representative if you cannot attend live
- The deadline to register or submit a proxy is 5 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 22.
You can also nominate yourself or a colleague as a candidate for a seat on our Board (nomination deadline is 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 16).

Your time is valuable, so we have planned another efficient AGM that will:
- Respect your time by focusing on business (important motions, the auditor’s report, members’ AGM-related questions, and the Board of Directors election)
- Start as soon as we have reached quorum — 20 per cent of members in attendance live or by proxy — on Tuesday, Sept. 23
- Use familiar online tools
You can also email AGM-related questions to the Board ahead of the event. If we cannot answer a question during the AGM, we will answer it by email afterward.
AGMs are a necessary part of PCN governance, so please help us reach quorum and hold another successful business meeting.
