The Learning Disabilities & ADHD Network, Calgary Region is dedicated to ensuring that individuals with learning disabilities or ADHD have the necessary supports, resources, and opportunities to thrive and be successful.

Programs and services:

  • Free resource navigation across the lifespan, either pre-or post-diagnosis, for anything to do with learning disabilities or ADHD; followed up by email with resources
  • Free lunch and learn presentations to community groups and employers about learning disabilities and ADHD
  • Monthly e-newsletter
  • Annual Insights Event (conference) for families, adults, and educators

Their website serves as a knowledge and resource hub with an accessibility toolbar that translates it into over 100 languages to help serve Calgary’s culturally diverse communities.

They also have informational rack cards in 11 languages besides English that they would be happy to drop off at offices and clinics. Languages available are English, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Dari, Russian, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, and Tigrinya.

Eligibility: Anyone who engages with the learning disability or ADHD population or has a learning disability or ADHD themselves.
