AMA: Clinic Managers Network; upcoming webinar

To support your clinic manager and team, the provincewide Clinic Managers Network offers tools, templates, and training opportunities.

Clinic managers can register with the network of practice to connect, collaborate, and share best practices with peers.

Once registered, they will have access to:

• The AMA-ACTT events website for webinars, resources, and chat rooms
• The PCPPCM financial calculators

The next webinar from the network is on Tuesday, June 23 from noon to 1 p.m. on achieving operational excellence in HR.

Designed for clinic managers, it will explore practical approaches to HR policy implementation, understanding provincial legislation, new hire onboarding, and performance management.

The network was created by the AMA’s Accelerating Change Transformation Team in partnership with the Alberta Association of Clinic Managers.
