The more members who attend or proxy, the quicker we can reach quorum, start the AGM, and hold a brief, focused, and critical meeting for our PCN’s governance.
With our largest membership ever (around 600 members, up from about 500 previously), we will need your help:
- Please plan to attend live or submit a proxy if you cannot attend.
- Our Physician Liaisons will facilitate the proxy process between members registered to attend and their colleagues where possible.
- Our Articles of Association requires 20 per cent of members in attendance live or by proxy to conduct business.
Our online AGMs have averaged about 30 minutes once we’ve reached quorum. So please plan a brief but vital investment of your time.
Registration will open in July, and we will offer multiple opportunities for you to register or proxy.
