Enhance access to care opportunity

Applications are open for team-based clinics interested in applying a model that helps balance appointment availability with patient demand.

Primary Care Access Improvement (PCAI) helps clinics improve access to timely care by implementing and evaluating the proven advanced access model in an 18-month program.

Clinics selected from the applicants are eligible to receive:

• Seed funding up to $15,000
• Expert coaching to help address challenges, sustain improvements, and plan for long-term success
• Proven, evidence-informed resources for implementing and measuring what works
• Learning and networking opportunities to share knowledge, celebrate successes, and drive collective progress

Clinics using the model report:

• Reduced workloads and fewer administrative tasks
• Wait times reduced by an average of seven days within six months
• Better provider experience and higher job satisfaction
