2026 AGM: Thank you participants

In total, 187 members helped us hold another successful AGM — 105 by attending live and 82 by proxy — on Sept. 15.

Together, they passed several critical motions to:

• Appoint Dr. Mileva Stojanovic to our Board of Directors for a three-year term as the single candidate
• Approve our audited financial statements
• Appoint Baker Tilly as auditor

Attending members expressed high levels of satisfaction with the AGM, communications around the meeting, and the related processes through the post-AGM survey. Feedback included appreciation of the meeting’s brevity, virtual nature, and focus on an efficient, business-focused meeting.

For members interested in networking, we host two separate in-person meetings a year to offer education and a chance to build connections; please watch for the invitations.

With six experienced Physician Directors, plus External Directors and Joint Venture Governance Representatives, we continue to have a capable Board to represent physicians as we learn more about the Primary Care Corridors.
