Contact usThank you to the 181 members who participated in our 2025 AGM live or by proxy on Sept. 23 so we could hold a successful business meeting.
Three physician members were appointed to our Board for three-year terms by acclamation during the meeting:
- Dr. Sameena Khan
- Dr. Amanda Wang
- Dr. Michael Yosefi
Congratulations to our newly appointed Board members.
With eight Physician Directors from our PCN’s membership in addition to our External Directors and joint venture governance reps, we continue to have a strong Board to represent physicians as we move toward the regional network model.
As three candidates were standing for election for a total of four open Board positions, a balloted election was not necessary. Members passed a motion to appoint the candidates and additional motions to approve the audited financial statements and appoint the auditor.
Thank you also to our departing directors, Dr. Nkechi Ozoka and Dr. Frances Vettergreen; we will update the Board of Directors and committees web pages as details are settled.
