2026 AGM: A brief, focused, and critical governance requirement.
A brief but vital investment of time, our 2026 AGM needs more members to participate than ever before:
- Our growing membership has reached around 600 members (up from around 500 for several years).
- To conduct business, our Articles of Association requires that 20 per cent of our members attend the AGM live or by proxy.
- Once we have reached quorum, our recent AGMs have only taken about a half-hour.
So please play your part:
- Register and attend the 2025 AGM of the CWC P.G. Co. online
- Submit a proxy and tell the member you select as your representative if you cannot attend live
If you can attend live, please indicate on the registration form if you are willing to act as a proxy for other members at your clinic.
Our Physician Liaisons will facilitate the proxy process between members registered to attend live and their colleagues where possible.
The deadline to register or submit a proxy is 5 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 14.
Nominations are also open for members who wish to stand for election to our Board of Directors at the AGM (nomination deadline is 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8).

To respect your time, we have planned another efficient AGM that will:
- Start as soon as we have reached quorum — 20 per cent of members in attendance live or by proxy — on Tuesday, Sept. 15
- Focus on business (important motions, the auditor’s report, members’ AGM-related questions, and the Board of Directors election)
- Use familiar online tools
You can also email AGM-related questions to the Board ahead of the event. If we cannot answer a question during the AGM, we will answer it by email afterward.
AGMs are a necessary part of our governance, so please help us reach quorum and hold another successful business meeting.
