AMA: PPIP Q&A webinars; Operation CPAR Conflicts recording

Nov 14, 2025

Get answers to your Physician Practice Improvement Program (PPIP) questions in the AMA’s newest PPIP support webinars.

For any PPIP-related questions, PPIP-Stop: Drop-in Q&A are one-hour webinars with Dr. Janet Craig and Dr. Shelley Howk where you can hear what others are doing for PPIP and bring questions like:

  • Could your idea satisfy a PPIP activity?
  • How best to collect the required objective data?
  • What measures are suitable?
  • Where to start?

You can drop in for a portion or the entire time on the first two dates, both starting at 6 p.m. on a Monday:

For new dates for recurring, existing PPIP webinars, you can visit the AMA’s PPIP webinars web page or sign up for notifications.

Operation CPAR Conflicts: The AMA added a link to the recording of their Sept. 24 webinar (same night as our AGM) on reducing conflict rates to their CPAR conflicts web page that has additional conflicts resources.

The 100-minute recording offers strategies to reduce conflict rates:

  • Access and interpret CPAR conflict reports
  • Recognize when conflicts may impact PCPCM payments and other income
  • Learn how and when to de-panel patients
  • Apply AMA-ACTT tools and guidelines to clinic workflows
