Board officers, committees for the 2025-26 year

Our Board of Directors elected officers of the Board at their Oct. 28 meeting, beginning the 2025-26 Board year:

• Dr. Amanda Wang, Chair
• Dr. Ashley Humeniuk, Vice-Chair
• Dr. Vincent Vong, Past-Chair
• Mr. Tim Rose, Treasurer

The meeting also set the representatives, including re-appointing Dr. Sunny Dhoopar as a Committee Member at Large on the Member & External Relations Committee, for the five subcommittees that help the Board fulfill its responsibilities:

• Board Development Committee
• Board Policy & Human Resources Committee
• Finance, Audit, & Risk Committee
• Joint Venture Governance Committee
• Membership & External Relations Committee
