Free online mental health screening quiz

One in five Canadians experience a mental health challenge each year but may not recognize the signs.

So we are once again supporting National Depression Screening Day (NDSD) and raising awareness of its online mental health screening quiz as a registered partner.

From Monday, Oct. 6 to Sunday, Oct. 12, anyone can take the three- to five-minute quiz at areyoufeelingok.com.

The quiz:

• Is free, confidential, and available in six languages
• Can be taken on any device connected to the Internet
• Provides resources for accessing mental health support
