Our Mental Health Program provides no-cost, comprehensive support for your patients when they need it most.
This highly used resource has evolved since its launch to increase accessibility and expand support options.
Referrals can be made for patients who need help managing:
- Grief or loss
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Life changes
- And more
Once referred to the program, your patient will:
- Receive a call from our appointment coordinator to book a consultation call with one of our Primary Care Registered Psychologists (PCRP).
- Speak with a PCRP to discuss their needs and desires for care; together, they will determine what resource would be the best fit for them.
- Receive resources to help them self-manage their mental health and a referral to a community resource if appropriate and desired by the patient. For members with an assigned PCRP, your patient may also be referred to your assigned PCRP or an extended-hours PCRP.
In this model, all referred patients have the opportunity to speak with a psychologist about their concerns, access self-management resources, and connect with additional resources to continue their care if desired.
