Temporary fax change for 24-hour BP monitoring N.W. location

Thanks to member feedback, we investigated a faxing issue with one location on our 24-hour blood pressure monitoring referral form and learned of a temporary change by a service provider.

Advanced Respiratory Care Network is temporarily using their southeast location’s referral fax number — 403.873.1817 — for both of their locations as their northwest location faces fax line issues.

We are in contact with Advanced Respiratory Care Network and will provide updates as we can, including any changes to the referral form if necessary.

For now, please remember to fax referrals to 403.873.1817 for both of Advanced Respiratory Care Network’s locations while indicating the desired location:

• Sunpark Professional Centre 225-40 Sunpark Plz. S.E.

Our referral form lists that fax number under the Sunpark Professional Centre location, and the fax numbers for the locations of the three other services providers.
