Contact usPlease invest a brief part of your day into playing a vital role in your PCN’s governance during our AGM on Tuesday, Sept. 23 at 6:30 p.m.:
- You can participate by registering and attending the AGM virtually or by proxy.
- Recent AGMs have only taken about 30 minutes each.
- There are three upcoming openings on our Board of Directors for three-year terms and one opening for a two-year term (learn about the candidates).
To conduct business, our Articles of Association requires that 20 per cent of our members attend the AGM live or by proxy.
Please know that the AMA’s recently scheduled webinar, Operation CPAR Conflicts, that overlaps our AGM will be recorded and posted on their website. We hope that knowing the recording will be available helps as many members as possible participate in our AGM.
The deadline to register or submit a proxy is 5 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 22.
You can also nominate yourself or a colleague as a candidate for a seat on our Board (nomination deadline is 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 16).
