Nov. 18: Fall in-person physician engagement event

Registration is now open for our in-person physician engagement event being held on Wednesday, Nov. 18 from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

The evening will bring members together to connect with colleagues, learn more about PCN programs and services available to support patients, and hear from Dr. Stephanie Hart on the topic of menopause.

Registration is open to all our members, but space is limited — so sign up today.

CWC PCN Main Office: 5966 Centre St. S.E.

Please use the Main Office entrance along the side of the building, rather than the clinic entrance.

What’s planned for the evening:

• A programs and services fair: Connect directly with program team members and learn more about four PCN programs and services, including:
  • Physiotherapy Program
  • Dietitian Program
  • Social Workers
  • Senior Services
• A CME presentation on menopause with Dr. Stephanie Hart: Dr. Hart will share her expertise in women’s and sexual health, with a focus on menopause.
• Time to connect with fellow physician members and our PCN’s Board of Directors.
• Complimentary appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages, along with a variety of raffle prizes.
