Diabetes Canada

Diabetes Canada works to improve the lives of those living with diabetes by sharing knowledge and resources, supporting healthcare professionals to improve patient care, and funding research to advance treatments and discover a cure.

• Toolkits for the newly diagnosed with useful resources, simple tools, and clear guidance.
• Virtual education program on the basics of diabetes management and for connection with others through monthly online sessions.
• Resources on nutrition and recipes with meal plans — plus cooking videos from their nutrition education series, In the Kitchen with Diabetes Canada.
