Heightened physician satisfaction with our PCN: poll results

For the first time, over half of our respondents provided a rating of 10 out of 10 for our physician satisfaction poll.

Thank you to everyone who answered the survey question: “How likely is it that you would recommend CWC PCN membership to a peer or colleague?”

A way to measure satisfaction with one question, the survey results show greater willingness to recommend membership compared to last year’s results and the first year we asked the same question in 2022.

Measured on a zero-to-10-point scale (from “not at all likely” to “very likely”):

• The median rating was 10, up from 9 in 2025 and 8 in 2022.
• The average rating was 8.8, up from 8.5 in 2025 and 7.9 in 2022.
• 10 remained the most frequently reported rating (mode).

Many of the additional comments provided by respondents expressed broad, general satisfaction with our PCN: “All round exceptional benefits and support for family physicians,” “I have always received personal and valuable help,” and “very supportive and helpful PCN.”

Specific feedback themes summarize what physicians most frequently mentioned as valuable:

• Our Access Appointment Service and after-hours coverage was singled out from all our programs and services as critically valuable for physicians and their patients.
• Our programs and services for patients and our team-based care, in particular, were identified as key supports by physicians so they could better provide their patients with comprehensive and quality care.
• Our practice support — including online tools, CME & PD and Physician Practice Improvement Program opportunities, screening, and panel support — assisted physicians with their practice and with connecting with colleagues.

A small number of constructive comments were shared with the respective program managers to consider in any future planning.
